Book Review- Hate List

I rencently finished reading a book by Jennifer Brown entitled Hate List. I  really related to this book because it's about a school shooting and how you never really know when people that you think you know are going to do something totally unexpected and you're left to clean up the mess they have made. The book was totally powerful and should be required to be read by all schools. It lets teenagers know the effects that bullying can have on kids and that you never know when it could be someone's last day that you think you hate, but then when they're gone you never get to apologize for the hurtful things you have done to them. It could be direct or indirect bullying that some may not even consider bullying at all. The point of the book was to tell Valerie's story and the struggle that she had picking up the pieces after her boyfriend held a schoo shooting that killed and injured many people from the hate list that they made together Overall I recommend this book to all teenagers because everyone needs to know the effects that they have on eachother, knowingly or unknowingly. I give the book 5 stars for portraying the emotions of everyone in the book so realistically.
